Hackers Attack South Korean Government Websites
Posted by: Techie Gurl / Category: Technology News25 Major websites in South Korea was attacked yesterday, shutting off service for nearly four hours, media reports said. Among the websites that were paralyzed by the cyber attacks are the Blue House, the Defense Ministry, the National Assembly, Shinhan Bank, Korea Exchange Bank and top Internet portal Naver and other Government agencies. The attacks appeared to be linked to similar cyber attacks in the U.S., last July 4 which includes the websites of several government agencies, including some that are responsible for fighting cyber crime.
